1. Agreement

By accessing or using poweredbyassist.com (the “Site”) or making any purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Terravian.Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the ASSIST™ platform.

2. Who We Are

ASSIST™ is an AI Workforce Infrastructure™ platform operated by Terravian.Systems (Chude Muonelo). Payments and commercial transactions are processed under Terravian.Systems via Stripe. The underlying intellectual property is owned by Chude Muonelo and licensed for commercial operation.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure; (d) use automated means to scrape or extract data without permission.

4. Founding Tiers & Purchases

The Site offers founding-tier contributions at various price points. All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
• The payment information you provide is accurate and authorized.
• You have read and agree to our Refund Policy — all founding contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the ASSIST™ name, AI Workforce Infrastructure™, Autonomous Scheduling, Sales, Intake & Service Team™, site copy, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Chude Muonelo / Terravian.Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes from use of the ASSIST™ platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terravian.Systems and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or the ASSIST™ platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
