Refund Policy

1. Founding Contributions Are Non-Refundable
All founding-tier contributions made through poweredbyassist.com — including the Supporter, Opportunity Infrastructure Blueprint™, Early Access Member, Founder Access, Design Partner Program, and Enterprise Founding Member tiers — are one-time, non-refundable founding contributions.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are making a non-refundable contribution to the development of the ASSIST™ AI Workforce Infrastructure™ platform, and that no refund will be issued except as required by applicable law.
2. Why Contributions Are Non-Refundable
Founding contributions fund the direct build and operation of the ASSIST™ platform. Because these contributions are used to resource the infrastructure from the moment they are received, they cannot be reversed after the transaction is completed.
3. Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.
- An unauthorized transaction was made on your payment method (with evidence).
- Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund in your jurisdiction.
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at admin@mcmenterprisesllc.com with your receipt and a description of the issue.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid founding-tier contribution — outside of the exceptions listed above — may result in permanent exclusion from the ASSIST™ founding program and any future access tiers.
5. Receipt & Records
Stripe automatically emails a receipt to the address provided at checkout. Please retain this receipt — it is your proof of founding membership. If you did not receive a receipt, check your spam folder or contact us.
